For our Headquarters in Milan, we are now looking for a Bags & Small Leather Goods Designer who can translate and evolve the vision of the new Creative Directors Benjamin A. Huseby and Serhat Isik into inspiring products that last beyond a season.

· Delivering seasonal designs under leadership and mentorship of Design Director and Head Bag Designer

· You will be designing functional and bags and small leather goods that are in line with our consumers needs and our brand identity

· Collaborating with your cross functional partners in Product Management, Development, Materials, Sourcing, and Merchandising to ensure we deliver designs align with the seasonal direction in consideration of quality, cost, and aesthetic needs

· You will have a strong understanding of construction and build

· Clearly communicating and driving functional and aesthetic intent with your technical / development partners

· Collaborating with product management and merchandising to ensure a smooth workflow

· Responsible for delivering work in adherence to deadlines, and being solutions oriented to solve operational challenges

· Create tech packs and comment pages

· Create technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator

· Travel for work as needed

· Education in Design (BA, MA) or equivalent

· Extensive design / industry experience with an excellent portfolio that covers multiple product types ( bags, both leather and woven, small leather goods)

· An in-depth understanding of materials, colour, construction, style, trend, design, marketplace and consumer knowledge

· Experience in developing metal hardware

· Ability to adapt to changing market landscape and to pivot and be flexible within the work space as needed

· At least 3-4 years experience working as a bags & small leather goods designer

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign

· Experience with 3D CLO is a plus

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written

· Excellent English skills, Italian skills is a plus

· Strong sense of accountability & personal commitment

· “Thinking out of the box” attitude

· Passion for fashion and product sensitivity

· High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty

. Interests for Culture, Arts, Design will be considered a plus Young mindset
